It seems like an odd little roadside place, but you’ll be blown away. The dry rub is so flavorful you don’t need sauce, but if you add some, it’ll only enhance the flavor. There’s the standard flavors plus something weird but wonderful the chef cooks up that week. If you’ve only ever gone for their (truly stellar) fried chicken, you’ve done yourself a disservice.
