There’s a rumor up north that the Delaware Beaches shut down in the off season – but those of us who hang around in Sussex County know that’s certainly not the case. Sure, Sambo’s might be closed for the season, and Boondocks is shut tight until the weather breaks, but when the tourists go home, some of Delaware’s finest beach restaurants experiment with their menus and whip up some incredible dishes. At the same time, they’re running great specials every day, treating locals who remain loyal long after the sunny days are gone. Check out a week of the best specials in Delaware – and you can find even more of these on the Cheap Eats Rehoboth calendar.
