Don’t get us wrong, we think the New Hampshire dining scene is vastly underrated – but it’s true that many of our restaurants fall into similar categories. If you want a dining experience that’ll transport you straight across the country to Napa, with a bit of a nod to Las Vegas, you need to check out one of the newer additions to Manchester’s dining scenes.
Cabonnay is a restaurant and wine bar that spans 9,000 feet, comprised of five distinct dining spaces: Bliss Bar, Fantasy, Conservatory, Oasis, and Atmosphere. Each offers its own unique vibe, but all feel modern and fresh.

For dinner, head to the main dining room, Fantasy, which seats groups of 2-4 in intimate comfort. Two other dining rooms, the florally inspired Conservatory for parties of 2-6 and the oasis for larger parties and events, each offers their own unique feel.

We think the roofdeck (Atmosphere) is the best in the city - with views that stretch for miles and a trendy vibe that will make you feel like you’re in downtown Manhattan, not Manchester.
