Caesars Head State Park in South Carolina serves as the connector between Gap State Park and the Mountain Bridge Wilderness area. This means triple the hiking trails are available from Caesars Head, where visitors can hop on a loop that traverses all three nature preserves.
Caesars Head State Park gets its name from a dramatic granite outcropping at the Blue Ridge Escarpment in South Carolina. That’s also home to one of the park’s most iconic views. Every fall, viewers here get a front row seat to nature’s spellbinding seasonal change.
