Cafe Pasqual’s has been serving up incredible food for more than 40 years right in the heart of Santa Fe, New Mexico. The building started as a Texaco gas station before becoming the Liberty Cafe in 1923. From that point, a number of different restaurants and cafes called this quaint location on Don Gaspar home until Cafe Pasquel’s took over in 1979, and the rest was history.
Katherine Kagel is both the founder and executive chef at Cafe Pasquel’s, and takes pride in serving homemade and organic foods.

The restaurant also doubles as an art gallery. Murals, including a giant five panel mural by an Oaxacan artist, decorate the walls of this restaurant for you to enjoy as you eat and talk with friends.
