Today’s adventure takes us to Chicot State Park, the largest of Louisiana’s state parks. Here, there are 6,400 acres of park that cover multiple ecosystems and a variety of scenery.

If you somehow run out of things to do during your visit, check out the Louisiana State Arboretum. The gorgeous beech-magnolia forest also allows for many Louisiana native plants to flourish on display, perfect for learning more about native flora.
