One of Cowboy Cafe’s most popular menu items is their 100 percent 1/2 lb. beef burger. With five different options, including a Green Chile Cheese Burger, a Double Barrel Burger that’s served with Texas toast, and the Chile Relleno Burger that’s smothered in green Chile sauce, these burgers will make your mouth water.

Other crowd favorites include the Hen House Steak–their version of the chicken fried steak– Queso Cowboy Fries, and Chicken Fried bacon & Gravy! However, nothing can top “The Cowboss.” The Cowboss is a 10-gallon hat-sized meal with more than 3 lbs of ground chuck, American and pepper jack cheese, jalapeño bacon and roasted green Chile, all topped with BBQ sauce and lots more!
