Many out-of-towners are surprised to find out that Kentucky is home to some pretty fantastic barbecue. Our larger cities offer some tasty, local places, and our small towns are also full of smoky brisket and all the homemade sides to go along with it. Some of these eateries started right here in Kentucky and others have ended up here from just across the state border. Such is the case with Edley’s Bar-B-Que, which originated in Nashville. There are only 3 locations in Nashville and we are lucky enough to have some of this delicious BBQ in Kentucky. Edley’s Bar-B-Que in Lexington is a small business with big flavor and they also serve some incredible bourbon iced tea that you have to try.
Edley’s Bar-B-Que began with the goal of celebrating all things southern, including mouthwatering BBQ.

As a fast, casual restaurant, Edley’s has all the homecooked food you’d want, but in a laid back environment.
