The magic of Christmas in New England is something else. At first we may groan about pulling our heavy jackets out of the closet and turning the heat on in our homes, but those groans disappear as the first snow hits the ground and holiday lights go up around the state, making even a simple stroll feel like something out of a story book. One great winter walk to take is through the Pawtucket Winter Wonderland.
Pawtucket Winter Wonderland is on its 23rd year of existence already.

Do you think you will be taking this stroll before the lights turn off on January 3rd? The roads are open to vehicles so you’ll want to be careful as you walk, and if that doesn’t appeal, you are also welcome to drive, but you may not get to spot as many of the fine details waiting to be discovered. Just make sure you stay safe on the roads! To learn more about the Pawtucket Winter Wonderland, you can take a look at their website and Facebook Page. If you’re extra passionate about Christmas lights, this is another event you may enjoy.
