For those who love the colorful changing of the season in Wyoming, it’s one of the best places to catch the fall foliage.

The North Platte River runs near the city, making it a fisherman’s paradise any time of year. Considering the motto of the town is “Where the Trout Leap In Main Street,” fall is as good a time as any to fish in Saratoga.

Saratoga is home to Snowy Mountain Brewery, and the annual Oktoberfest at the end of September. There’s always tons of food, fun, and, of course, beer. Lederhosen are optional.

If you happen to visit around the end of October, there is always a Halloween walk downtown with merchants handing out goodies for Trick-or-Treaters of all ages.
