Go On A Hike That Ends With An Overnight Adventure In New Hampshire

The Lonesome Lake Trail in Franconia Notch State Park is one of the most scenic trails in New Hampshire. At 3.1 miles, the loop trail around the lake offers scenic views and opportunities to see wildlife and wildflowers. If you hike this trail in the winter, it’s ideal for snowshoeing too.

While there’s plenty to do and see if you head to Lonesome Lake Trail for the day, you can extend your time by hiking a little further to the Appalachian Mountain Club (AMC) Lonesome Lake Hut for an overnight adventure too!
