Luckily for us in the Beaver State, there’s an epic Oregon food truck that’s on a mission to keep everyone happy and well-fed. This is the mantra of Hangry Solution, a vibrant purple food truck based in Lebanon, Oregon, that delivers happiness on wheels.
Hangry is a big emotion that’s best satisfied with a big meal. For us, that means something hot and cheese-topped, perhaps in the form of a beefy, behemoth burger.

For a serious case of the hangries, order the Hangry Side Basket, which includes (are you ready for this?): six onion rings, two chicken tenders, a half pound of cheese curds, 10 deep-fried ‘shrooms, four jalapeño cheese sticks, and four mac and cheese bites – all served with an assortment of condiments, including house-made ranch, fry sauce, and hot melted cheese.
