While many of us think of Massachusetts as having a landscape mostly filled with mountains, hills, and beaches, there are some surprising natural wonders that can be found within the state. One such wonder, Chesterfield Gorge, is often referred to as the “Grand Canyon of Massachusetts” and is one place you have to visit.
Located in the Chesterfield Gorge Reservation near the Gilbert A. Bliss State Forest, Chesterfield Gorge is a geological wonder right here in the Bay State.
