It rarely snows in Dallas, but you can still experience a winter wonderland in the heart of the city at the iconic Adolphus Hotel.

The event, known as “Winter Wonderland: A Miracle on Commerce,” features life-size igloos and cabins that guests can rent.

A Miracle on Commerce is open Wednesday-Saturday from 4 p.m. until midnight.

The Adolphus Each night features a different theme. Live music creates a relaxing ambiance on “Wine Down Wednesdays,” while Thursdays encourage you to wear your ugliest sweater. Fridays are ’90s nights, and the “Not So Silent Night” dance party every Saturday lets you get loose and shake your stress away.

As far as the cocktail menu, it emphasizes warm, seasonal beverages like eggnog and spiked hot cocoa.

The Adolphus There are also plenty of wine, beer, and champagne selections if you prefer to imbibe something cold.

Small bites such as “Merry Mac & Cheese Balls” and “Tinsel Truffle Fries” keep you from going hungry without spoiling your dessert: homemade s’mores.

The Adolphus Firepits don’t just warm up frozen fingers and toes! They’re also perfect for roasting marshmallows, which were made to be sandwiched between two crunchy graham crackers.

There are two time slots to choose from: 4 p.m. until 7:30 p.m., and 8 p.m. until close.

The Adolphus Additional seating areas are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
