Trains for this magical holiday experience depart at the Jon Duerr Forest Preserve in Kane County. It’s a scenic preserve that borders the Fox River and is filled with woods and beautiful landscape.

Passengers will board the Polar Express and embark on an exciting and downright magical journey to reach the North Pole where Santa will be waiting.

Select date for The Polar Express train ride are Nov. 27 and 28 and Dec. 4, 5, 11, 12, 18, and 19, 2021. Multiple train departure times are offered each day at 3:15, 4:25, 5:35, and 6:45 p.m. Tickets are $40 per person, regardless of age.
