Ever find yourself reading about a trail in Nebraska you wish you could take but are scared to try? Maybe you’re not in great shape, or you’re a wheelchair user. Or you hike with a young child and you’re worried they couldn’t handle a long distance. Or you have a young pup (or old dog) that finds steep elevation too difficult. If so, you’re in luck! We’ve found a great trail in Nebraska that just about anyone can attempt. The Zorinsky Lake West Trail at the Ed Zorinsky Recreation Area is an easy loop trail with very little elevation gain. It’s perfect for people looking for a beautiful and accessible trail in Nebraska.

The Zorinsky Lake West Trail has multiple ramps for easy access for strollers and wheelchairs. It’s paved and has rails on all bridges. It’s a popular spot for bikers, but since the paths are pretty wide, there’s enough room for bikers to pass the walkers.
