If you’re a fan of hiking, you’ll find excellent choices for a daytime hike in Menifee. A nice and easy loop is Freedom Crest Trail. It typically takes about an hour and a half and is 2.9 miles long.

If you’re there during the winter months, you’ll see that Menifee definitely has the holiday spirit. Mt. San Jacinto College’s Menifee campus has a sweet Christmas tree that lights up the night, and the town celebrates Hanukkah with a large menorah, too.
