Mr. Gilberti’s Place in Missouri, for example, certainly earns props as a hidden gem. It’s probably safe to say that once you sink your teeth into the authentic Chicago-style pizza (or another delicious Italian dish), you’ll already be planning your return visit.

Mr. Gilberti’s Place sits off the beaten path in Hollister. Even if you have to travel a bit out of the way to reach this darling restaurant, your taste buds will thank you for it.
