Maine is special for a lot of reasons, but one of them is just how quirky it is. From north to south and east to west there’s always something unique to see. And most of the time these things are totally unexpected. Of these our favorites are the ones that seem to have no rhyme or reason. Like this statue in Bangor! It might seem strange that there’s a giant Paul Bunyan statue in Maine, but it’s such a cool thing to see that we never really asked any questios....

Glacier National Park in Montana is the crown jewel of our continent, and we’re so lucky to have it here in our own backyards. Aside from being a breathtaking, enormous nature lover’s paradise, it’s full of off-the-beaten-path trails, rugged campsites, and hidden gems just dying to be explored. There’s even a magnificent overlook known as Goat Lick Overlook, and let’s just say it has earned its name.
