Guests lacking confidence can procure snowboarding lessons. Reservations are required and are available every hour when the park is open.

Hours of operation are Monday, Thursday, and Friday from 4 to 9 p.m. and weekends from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Tickets cost between $30 and $50 depending on the day of the week, and guests may rent snowboards, boots, and helmets.
