Colorado is famous for its green chile, burritos, and game, but traditional BBQ? Not really, right? While places in the south are traditionally more well-known for their BBQ, we happen to think the Centennial State’s take on BBQ is just as (if not more so) memorable than others, thanks to such places as Zack’s BBQ in western Colorado:
