Start off at the beginning of the road where it meets route 54 in Hammonton.

Continue up the road through Wharton State Forest and Shamong, Pemberton, and other small rural towns, and enjoy the farm scenery.

Next up, visit Bordentown. This historic town is located on the Delaware River snd offers great dining and shopping options, plus plenty of historic architecture.

Head just a little north, through Trenton, to find Princeton.

Stop in Waterloo Village near Allamunchy State Park to take a walk back in time. This restored historic village will make you feel like you’ve stepped into a time machine.

Branchville is your last stop, and it’s the coolest little town to end your journey. Be sure to stop at the enormous used bookstore.
