Although you’d usually find old ruins among forested areas, Terra Maria is surprisingly located in the middle of a neighborhood.

This was once the former St. Charles College. It was built in the 1800s and thrived for decades. Sadly, a fire destroyed most of it in 1911.

Salvageable pieces were transported to Catonsville to be rebuilt. What remains in the original location are now only remnants of the recreation hall.
