The Bonneville Shoreline Trail traverses the foothills along the Salt Lake Valley, and reaches farther south and north, as well. All along the trail, you’ll find some beautiful valley views, but when you reach Draper, there’s a cool suspension bridge that carries you across a deep ravine. You can access the bridge from the Bonneville Trail, or take a much shorter hiker for a nearby park. Either way, this trail is one that everyone will love.

Since this trail hooks into the Bonneville Shoreline trail, there are actually a few trailheads. One way to access the bridge is from the Orson Smith Trailhead Park, located at 12625 Highland Dr., Draper, UT 84020. The park offers parking and restrooms before you head up the trail.
