For the most part, Oklahoma is pretty flat, if not a little hilly in some regions. Some of the most popular easy hikes in Oklahoma include awe-inspiring adventures like the Lake Hefner Trail, at Lake Hefner Park. It’s pretty long, at 9.4 miles in length, but don’t let that deter you – it’s easy going the entire way, making it perfect for a lazy afternoon where you want to get out of the house but you don’t want to work terribly hard. Then, check out the Arcadia Lake Trail, which is inside Central State Park and extends even longer than Lake Hefner Trail, at an impressive 12.6 miles in length. Looking for a short hike in Oklahoma instead? No worries!
