But consider this a warning because after eating tacos at this restaurant, you’ll have a hard time finding Mexican dishes that even come close in comparison.

Tacos Cecy doesn’t look like much on the outside and it is a true hole-in-the-wall restaurant. However, once you have a bite of the food behind its doors, you’ll want to come back.

This may not be a large Mexican restaurant in northern Idaho but the inside is colorful, lively, and very fun. Plus, the back patio offers the chance to chow down in the sunshine.

And when it comes to the food at Tacos Cecy, you won’t be disappointed. This Mexican restaurant offers all of your traditional Mexican favorites from burritos to enchiladas.

However, the tacos are where the menu truly stands out. No matter what type of taco you order, it is going to be packed with flavor.

There are more than 10 taco options on the menu including a regular taco with onion, cilantro, and lime. You can also order one of the many specialty tacos (or order two or three — we won’t judge!).

You’ll find everything from a Chicharron taco which consists of pork skin on green salsa to a shrimp or fish taco. Don’t overlook the veggie taco on the menu, which is packed with rice, beans, onion, cilantro, lettuce, and tomato.
