Founded in 1914 by Guy Cardon, The Bluebird Restaurant is a staple in Logan, Utah, with over 100 years of history. The Bluebird Restaurant started out as just an ice cream and candy store but grew to much more. Today, The Bluebird still sells candy and has over 75 different types of chocolate.
