Opened originally as Al & Bud’s Platter, the restaurant has specialized in iconic American food like pancakes, steaks, and burgers for decades. Besides the name, which was changed to Pancake Parade in the late ’60s and finally to Pancake Circus in the late ’70s, not much has changed at all about this time-honored eatery.
