As the name suggests, Station 3 one 6 began life as a gas station. Today, the building is a funky, Taos restaurant that specializes in Mexican food and burgers.

Your first clue to the building’s history is the gas pumps that remain outside. There’s also a good-sized patio for al fresco dining, where cars once pulled in to gas up.

This Taos establishment is the sister restaurant to the ever-popular Orlando’s New Mexican Café. As a result, there is some overlap with some menu items, and the Mexican dishes are stellar.
