If you’re looking for a spectacular adventure, this easily accessible waterfall in Alaska makes for a wonderful afternoon trip! Nugget Falls is a quick drive from downtown Juneau and an easy trip for everyone. This two-tiered waterfall is absolutely spectacular win person, and shouldn’t be missed.

There are plenty of places to explore in Juneau.

Nugget Falls stands an impressive 377 feet tall.

There are trails that will take you all the way to the falls and are very easy.

We think the fastest one is the 1.5-mile loop called East Glacier Loop.

The trails take you right to the base of the waterfall.

Keep your eyes peeled for wildlife, especially bears and moose.
