Well, fans of Chicago-style eats and delights will be pleased to know that we’ve found just the place for you: it’s a food truck, quite literally just chillin’ in the “middle of nowhere,” that serves up some of the best Chi-dogs, Italian beef, and almost anything else your Midwestern heart could ever want.
Lurking quietly at the intersection in which Indiana 19 and Indiana 26 meet, there’s an unassuming-looking food truck.

Her grandfather had always mused that the spot would be a great place to open up a business thanks to the steady flow of farmers and travelers, so as soon as she got an opportunity to do so, she snatched up the land.
Well, he was right: it is a great location, and it has already become quite popular.
