Of all the Christmas light displays in the state, there’s one that shines brighter (literally and figuratively) than the rest – and it’s Gulfport Harbor Lights. One of Mississippi’s biggest, brightest, and most dazzling light displays, it spans 40 acres and features more than a million lights.
This holiday season, jingle all the way to Gulfport Harbor Lights in Jones Park.

Since its debut in 2015, it’s grown into the state’s “largest Christmas light show,” with over 1.5 million lights spread throughout 40 acres in the park.

The magical lights can be viewed by foot, or you can hop aboard a train and enjoy a leisurely ride through the twinkling wonderland.

Like any other holiday light show, Gulfport Harbor Lights has gotten bigger and better as the years have passed.

Initially, it consisted solely of light displays. However, it’s grown to include carnival rides and other fun activities.

Visitors can also stroll through Santa’s Village. Located in Barksdale Pavilion, the magical village is home to working elves and Santa Clause, of course.
