We all know there really isn’t a shortage of unique and offbeat places in Indiana. We just so happen to be home to the largest Dr. Who museum in North America, for example, which isn’t something you find just anywhere. Well, today we’re going to look closer at another strange museum in the Hoosier State that you definitely won’t find just anywhere: the bizarre and yet extremely interesting RV museum is a must-do, even if RVs aren’t quite your cup of tea.
Despite popular belief, RV/MH does not stand for “Recreational Vehicle/ Motor Home;” it’s actually for “Recreational Vehicle/Manufactured Housing.”
RV/MH Hall of Fame/Facebook This museum doesn’t necessarily sound like it’s going to be interesting, but trust us when we promise you that it totally is! Everyone from RV enthusiasts to outdoorsy folks to those who simply enjoy history are more than welcome, and each group of people always seems to find plenty to like here.
The museum is open every day with the exception of Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day.
