There’s said to be a young servant who still sweeps the kitchen, and the stately ghost of one of the four generals that lost their liives on the property. Even Andrew Jackson was said to swear off the place, where John Bell was said to be murdered by a poltergeist and the family suffered at the hands of the supernatural for years.
