Jake and Leeann Chamberlain and their three children introduced themselves as the Grand Victorian Bed & Breakfast’s new owners in a Jan. 31, 2022, Facebook post, expressing pride in the “iconic home, full of history, beauty, and so many memories.” Bellaire is 37 miles northeast of Traverse City. Torch Lake is 10 miles away and water activities are a big part of summer life in Bellaire, while snowmobiling and skiing are popular in the winter.
