This museum in Idaho is not your typical museum filled with historical artifacts and pictures of long, long ago. Rather, it is home to hundreds of the most beautiful quilts you have ever seen.
When passing through the small town of Genesee, you must stop at the Kascha Quilts Museum. This Northern Idaho museum is located inside an old Masonic Lodge.

As you walk inside this two-story museum in Idaho, you’ll be blown away by the number, beauty, and details of the various displays.

Most of the quilts in this museum are items made from the talented and world-renowned Karen Schoepflin Hagen.
Kascha Quilts/Facebook Hagen started quilting in 1976. For many years, she would set up displays in various venues around the western United States for people to enjoy. Until, however, with the help of her friend, they bought the old Masonic Lodge, renovated the building, and created the current Kascha Quilts Museum.
As you walk around, you’ll find hundreds of quilts on display. These quilts all vary in size, look, colors, and more.

You’ll also notice that many of the quilts have a small description next to them. This will tell you the history or story behind the masterpiece.
