This year, the garden is hosting Lightscape, a magical event featuring all sorts of dazzling displays. One of them is a tunnel with more than 100,000 shimmering lights, and it promises to be an enchanting experience for kids one to 91. Here’s what to expect at this Christmas lights event at San Antonio Botanical Garden:

This holiday season, the garden will host Lightscape, a critically acclaimed U.K.-based light show with dazzling displays at every turn.

Many of the displays, such as a field of bluebonnets extending far as the eye can see, are unique to Texas.

Other elements, however - like this cathedral arch tunnel boasting over 100,000 twinkling lights - are Lightscape fan-favorites.

Festive food and drinks will be available, including a s’mores station where you can roast your own marshmallows.

Tickets cost $23-$25 for adults, and $16-$18 for children ages 3-12. Members receive a discount, and infants ages 0-2 get in free. Offsite parking at the University of the Incarnate Word is free, and includes a shuttle ride to and from the event. Limited onsite parking is available for $15 per vehicle.
