Situated near the center of Wisconsin Rapids, Le Chateau Manor Bed and Breakfast is the perfect place to stay and unwind on your weekend journey. Also known as The John Arpin Mansion, this beautiful Queen Anne-style manor was originally built in 1889. Restored in 2015 and converted to a bed and breakfast, the grandeur extends to the grounds and gardens surrounding the house.

Le Chateau Manor also partners with a nearby farm, Glacial Lake Cranberries, to provide cranberry tours to the patrons of The Manor. The bogs are an excellent place for birdwatching and exploration of a unique industry.

After enjoying the cranberry culture, visit the Wisconsin Rapids Papermaking Museum. This museum showcases the 100-year history and development of the Wisconsin Rapids Dam and the beginnings of Consolidated Water Power & Paper Company. The museum also features traveling papermaking exhibits.

Another incredible attraction is the Rudolph Grotto Gardens, which is a religious site featuring grottos, shrines, and caves filled with treasures. Outside of the grottoes, the garden is a lush and peaceful place to ponder and unwind.
